Timberline Interactive Drives Sweeter Holiday Results in 2005 for its
Internet Marketing and eCommerce Clients.
Middlebury, VT – January 31, 2006 – Timberline Interactive, New England's leading Web marketing and development company for Internet retailers, is pleased to report profitable 2005 Christmas holiday seasons for its e-commerce and Internet marketing customers. Lake Champlain Chocolates, Baker’s Catalogue, SERRV International’s A Greater Gift and Dakin Farm each benefited from increased Internet sales during the 2005 holiday season.
“Our sales have gone up dramatically on the Timberline e-commerce platform," notes Chris Middings of Lake Champlain Chocolates. “The platform's structure and features make maintenance easier for us and ordering easier for our customers.”
Lake Champlain Chocolates and A Greater Gift, both built on the Timberline Interactive e-commerce shopping cart, TICommerce™, each realized strong holiday seasonal sales.
“The September launch of our new Web site was a highlight for A Greater Gift in 2005,” comments Serena Sato, marketing coordinator for A Greater Gift. “We were impressed with the reliability of the site through a very busy holiday season and Timberline's quick response to any problems that arose.” Serrv’s Internet sales nearly doubled from 2004-2005.
Timberline Interactive helped boost online seasonal sales at King Arthur Flour’s Baker’s Catalogue and Dakin Farm through online marketing. The Baker’s Catalogue experienced a significant sales spike in December, as a direct result of increasing spends on its pay-per-click campaigns, which are managed by Timberline. Dakin Farm, a relative veteran in e-marketing, continued to see strong growth of nearly 20% in e-commerce for the month of December. With this growth, Dakin Farm now does over a million dollars worth of direct sales on the Internet.
