1. TICommerce Shopping Platform – A custom-designed Web site built upon Timberline Interactive's TICommerce eCommerce shopping cart platform, a robust yet user friendly shopping cart system that is both flexible and fully-functional.

2. Marketing Services – It is essential to not only design a comprehensive Web site, but also to drive traffic to that site and turn it into sales. That’s why we incorporated the following monthly marketing services in the Total eCommerce Package:

  • Web site and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Strategy: From the very beginning of the design process, Timberline creates Web sites that are optimized for strong search engine placement, as well as on-site usability.
  • Implementation: Search engine algorithims change regularly. The Timberline staff stays ahead of these shifts through industry education and training, and applies this knowledge to your Web site to ensure continued search engine ranking.
  • Management: Timberline regularly monitors your search engine status and takes the necessary steps to ensure the best possible results. We also regularly review the usability of your site and make improvements as needed.
  • Pay-per-click (PPC) Campaigns 
  • Strategy: Extensive list research, product and audience analysis is conducted prior to embarking upon any PPC campaign. This will serve as the foundation for initial campaigns.
  • Implementation: The Timberline team builds extensive, winning keyterm lists, and optimizes ads and landing pages, utilizing as many PPC engines as is appropriate for the best possible ROI.
  • Management: Results are measured and analyzed, with an eye towards ROI and cost/conversion. Key metrics are continually reviewed and campaigns adjusted and modified according to results we see.
  • Promotional email marketing
  • Strategy: We work closely with your marketing team to determine the proper schedule, messaging and design for this key component of your online marketing efforts.
  • Implementation: In addition to writing and designing effective email campaigns (usually two per month), Timberline Interactive works to maintain clean mail delivery and list hygiene.

  • A Timberline Client Services representative will proactively set monthly meetings (in person or via teleconference) to review results and decide upon future initiatives.

3. Technical Services – Technical services include monthly hosting, minor site changes and modifications, and system upgrades as outlined below:

  • Webmastering: Timberline devotes three hours per month reviewing your site, with a keen eye toward improving functionality, adapting to changing search engine algorithms, and suggesting out-of-the-box merchandising and promotional ideas.
  • Robust site hosting: Sites are hosted on the latest Hewlett-Packard enterprise-class Web and database servers, which are maintained and managed by Timberline (technical specs available upon request). Redundant server monitoring systems are in place that check server status every 15 minutes around the clock and notify Timberline staff members via pagers of any site problems.
  • Changes & Updates: Up to two hours per month of site changes and updates, such as creation of new merchandising ideas, coupon codes, etc.
